Domestic Couple is needed for a lovely, retired family of two in Sarasota, FL. This is a fabulous position for a couple that has excellent experience working in the same capacity as other private families. Client lives in an oceanfront community in Sarasota in a 3.5K square foot house. They are in the process of adding on a wing consisting of several hundred square ft. and perhaps a pool house as well. November-March you will live in FL. April-October you need to travel with them to their 4k square ft. home in Boone, NC. Living accommodations in Sarasota for now are a separate apartment on Siesta Key, steps from the beach. They are currently negotiating a larger condo or house for this couple. In Boone, NC there is a brand-new separate apartment on the property for the accommodations.

This will be a M-F 10 am-6 pm position. The family is so lovely and kind and keeps an extremely casual household. You MUST LOVE DOGS as they have two French Briard Sheepdogs that are 80 pounds each. They do not shed and are hypoallergenic. These dogs are their babies and when the family travels, you’ll be responsible for the dogs’ entire care and love!

DUTIES: Detailed cleaning, organization of the entire home, laundry, light ironing if any, preparing a light lunch and cooking a great evening meal (very important that you are a great cook), grocery shopping, errands, and light handyman duties, construction knowledge helpful to watch over the construction workers if needed, keeping the property tidy in-between the landscapers and pool service companies, driving to and from airport occasionally and flexible from time to time if they have company (not often).
