Full-Time Domestic Couple Needed – Washington, CT
Live-In Position
$150k per year, health benefits, paid holidays, and vacation
Executive couple and children (13 & 23) are in need of a domestic couple to live and work on their large estate. The days and hours needed for this position are Tuesday-Saturday12:30pm-8:30 pm. The family is looking for this couple to take care of the detailed cleaning of the main house (15K square ft.), guest cottage (as necessary), and outdoor terraces. Other duties include laundry, ironing with a rotary iron when doing the sheets, running errands, grocery shopping, cooking the evening meal, organizing of entire house, and some driving clients to the airport.
MUST have a positive upbeat attitude, be legal to work in the U.S., must have prior experience working as a couple for private families, have excellent verifiable references, speak fluent English, and be willing to submit to a thorough background search.
Accommodations for this couple will be a caretaker cottage. The apartment consists of one bedroom, bath, living room, and full kitchen. All are furnished beautifully! The caretaker of the entire property lives on the first floor of the cottage.
